No one can deny that these are tough times for everyone in business but when it comes to looking for a home, flexible purpose built office space seems to be the way forward.

Roger Taylor, Managing Director of Innovation Finance explains why they chose the Centre “When we set up Innovation Finance and started looking for space in Hastings or St Leonards we visited many offices which were above shops or in converted houses. Much of this space was poorly designed, not easily accessible and sometimes had little or no communal space.”
